In the first episode of our Project Sunny series, we introduced our 1993 Range Rover Classic project vehicle and explained its unique history as a film car used on the TV series “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.” Along the way, we challenged viewers to figure out what episodes the vehicle may have been used in.
For this second episode, we reveal the telltale clues (and the episodes we know it appeared in) and then start digging into the real teardown of the truck. We have to start at the rear, where the rotted-out rear body crossmember that supports the (also rotted-out) cargo floor needs to be replaced before repairing the rusted bodywork.
