The first thing you need to do is gather your materials, which include: a PRE paint solution, 400 to 600 grit sandpaper, and some dry, lint-free hand towels. Also, be sure to have your urethane, epoxy or any other type of primer surfacer ready for application after you properly prep the surface of your vehicle. Once you have the tools you need, the prep process is simple.
The first step in prepping the surface area of your vehicle that you intend to paint with a polyurethane coat is cleaning the surface with your PRE.
