    It is best to apply over bare metal, but it can be applied over paint. I suggest making sure the paint that you spray it over has been sanded to give the primer something to “grab to”

    my question is if can i apply USC High Build Primer/Surfacer Gallon
    Item #50776 ZP over paint or just over bere metal?
